VM Capital Partners Inc, is a Florida Corporation since 2005.  The original Goal and Mission Statement was to Advise Startup and Minority Owned businesses who were seeking capital to grow.  Through the years we have realized that most of our clients needed help in more than just standard financing.  We then expanded our reach to partner with Major Lending \u200bInstitutions, Private Real Estate Lenders and a select group Angels and Venture Investors to round out their Capital Needs.  Additional we provider Insurance and Business Solutions such as Life Insurance (Personal, Group Health, Key Man),  Annutities, E-Commerce, Business Lending and Merchant Processing <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Early Years<\/h3>\n

Mr. Cabezas began his Financial Career in 1996 in Boca\nRaton, Florida, with Kenny Securities and then Merit Capital. In his 1st year\nhe opened over 100 accounts and was involved with 3 separate IPOs listed on the\nNASDAQ. He then transferred to Capital International in Miami, FL. He was able\nto develop and enhance Capital International website Net-IPO.com, an online\ntrading website, into a brand name and Internet IPO facilitator.\nBrands that you might recognize include\nDLJdirect\u00ae, Ixnet\u00ae, Ravenswood Winery\u00ae and Salon.com. The online platform was later sold to another Broker Dealer.

Online Platform<\/h3>\n

\n Rick went to work RK Grace\u00ae on\nBrickell A\n <\/span>\n <\/span>ve, in Miami. There he continued his work doing IPOs and built his\n2nd online offering site, IPOselect.com, from scratch. This site also included\nPrivate Placement Offerings for Accredited and Non-US based Investors. It also\noffered IPOs from Andover.net and Nogatech, QuePasa.com and 3Dshopping.com.\nThis 2nd site had a total of 8 IPOs in 6 months and added an additional 100 new\naccounts and 700 registered members. Clients came from over 30 different\ncountries including Argentina, Japan, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia. RK Grace\nwas eventually sold to Cardinal Capital.  \n <\/span>\n

Investment Banking<\/h3>\n

In 2000, Mr. Cabezas was offered the role of Syndicate\nManager for Brookstreet Securities in Irvine, Ca. During his 4 years at this\nfirm, he helped Brooksdirect.com grow to include 2,200 members and 500 brokers. managed 30 offerings, ranging from Closed End Mutual\nFunds, Private REITS, IPOs, Private issue and Oil & Gas Leases. In only\n3 months, the site tracked 45 offerings and raised $14.7M thru its online reach\nand internal Broker network.

\n For the last 10 years Rick has served as CEO of VM Capital Partners, Inc. where works to consult and advise Startups and Pre-Revenue Companies. He has been the key Advisor on two Hard Rock Hotel projects (Ambergris Caye, Belize, and Panama City, Panama) and Sagebrush Steakhouses in North Carolina. In 2021 Mr. Cabezas was the interim President of IGC and COO of 19 Degrees Water (A Fiji Water Company).  From 2021-2024 Rick was a Registered Rep (Series 7) with Weild & Co.
